Qualifications

• 13 years in recruiting coordination or agency recruiting experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem
• Experience in candidate sourcing with a desire to learn more
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with candidates and partners
• Strong sense of ownership in tasks and projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Interest in various markets and hiring roles related to them.

Responsibilities

• Run the hiring machine from scheduling to onboarding candidates
• Maintain accuracy of recruitment data within Ashby
• Ensure timely feedback from interviewers to candidates
• Draft job offers and manage pre-onboarding processes
• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain engagement
• Manage relationships with external search firms and recruiters
• Source candidates directly and collaborate with hiring managers
• Report on the health of candidate pipelines to leadership
• Develop efficient recruitment processes and data-driven decision making.
