The RoleWe're hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is a critical role that ensures candidates have a seamless, positive experience and our recruiters and hiring managers can focus on assessing and closing top talent. You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process - managing schedules, communication, and systems with accuracy and care. As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll own the details that make a big difference: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and behind-the-scenes operations that keep the team moving.
This is more than just calendar wrangling. You'll be the first impression for candidates, the calm in the chaos of shifting schedules, and the glue that holds the process together. Here are some ways you'll make an impact- Schedule phone, Google Meets, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a warm, professional experience
- Maintain accuracy of candidate data in Ashby
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prep interview teams with logistics and materials
- Support onsite interviews and recruiting events
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Are you the candidate we are looking for? (Requirements for the role) You have:- 1+ years of professional experience in a recruiting support role (internships count)
- Experience with an ATS; Ashby is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; warm and professional candidate presence
- Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Compensation:We offer competitive compensation that is
geo-adjusted based on
your location, along with meaningful equity so you share in the value you help create. Salary range for this role in New York, New York is $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience and interview performance. Our benefits include:
