Job Overview:
  • About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter who will play a dual role as an individual contributor and team lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a small recruiting team.
  • This role requires close collaboration with Delivery Managers, Hiring Managers, and business leadership to drive successful hiring outcomes across multiple technology practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions across the United States.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various IT roles, including software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and leadership positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3 recruiters.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and hiring metrics.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and provide coaching to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Assist in workload planning, requisition allocation, and prioritization of hiring needs.
  • Drive adherence to recruitment processes and best practices.

Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner closely with Delivery Managers, Practice Leaders, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Conduct intake discussions and provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate hiring discussions, interview feedback sessions, and offer approvals.

Process & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within ATS and reporting systems.
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment planning, forecasting, and hiring strategy initiatives.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 6-9 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with significant exposure to the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche technology roles.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidence when interacting with senior candidates, Delivery Managers, and business leaders.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting, services, staffing, or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.

Immigration Knowledge:
  • The candidate should possess a strong understanding of U.S. immigration and work authorization processes, including: H-1B Visa H-4 EAD L1A / L1B TN Visa OPT / CPT Green Card process (PERM, I-140, I-485) U.S. Citizenship and Permanent Residency requirements
  • Employment authorization verification and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for consulting or IT services organizations.
  • Experience hiring across multiple technology practices and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
