The OpportunityAs part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, as well as sourcing, screening, and selecting a highly qualified and diverse workforce. This role contributes to key recruiting initiatives and may support projects or programs that enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies for infrastructure and transportation-focused engineering roles, including experienced and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and support effective recruiting approaches aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to support recruiting marketing efforts, including social media and outreach strategies
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with current and future opportunities
- Provide a high level of candidate care and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through networking, sourcing, and relationship management
- Communicate hiring progress, market insights, and recruiting activity updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to support data-informed decision making
- Support recruiting-related projects or programs, including diversity-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry, with a focus on infrastructure, specifically transportation-related roles and as proven experience recruiting in the aviation market, specifically design, planning and environmental.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to support hiring decisions and recruiting strategies
- Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and general employment market trends
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a customer-service mindset
- Demonstrates positive and professional team interaction with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Architecture/Engineering/Consulting environments
