Location: Ridge, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Salary: Up to $85,000 annually, based on experience


New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and help attract exceptional talent to our organization.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies, and alignment with our culture.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and overall hiring activity.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and talent communities.
  • Create compelling and accurate job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEO requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding partners to provide a seamless candidate experience from the initial interview through the employee's start date.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and data within the Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications:

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Self-directed with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
