Full Job Description
About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and analytically-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own full-cycle recruitment for our high volume, member facing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, is deeply organized, and is energized by context-switching between fast-paced recruiting and hands-on people team support. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, manage a diverse requisition load, and create clear, data-driven hiring dashboards to help executives make informed workforce decisions.

When hiring volume fluctuates, this person will assist with onboarding, employee engagement, people ops projects, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Drive full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, prioritizing high-output pipelines for customer service and inside sales roles (e.g., Member Advocate and Intake Specialists) alongside niche non-clinical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, develop job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provide consistent updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive outbound sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, cold outreach), targeted local campaigns, and referral programs to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while maintaining fast velocity through the pipeline-moving applicants swiftly from initial screen to offer extension without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Sr. Leadership) to ensure roles are aligned with headcount plans and organizational goals.
  • Simultaneously run multiple fast-moving candidate funnels, maintaining strict SLAs for interview turnaround times, candidate feedback, and time-to-fill.
  • Continuously monitor conversion rates across recruitment stages (screen-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer-to-accept) to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring speed.
  • Selection & Assessment Screening: Conduct targeted, high-efficiency phone screens to quickly evaluate candidate capability, sales aptitude, and cultural alignment against role profiles.

Qualifications & Experiences

Required:
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, recurring requisitions across customer support, sales, and operations. Agency or fast-growing corporate background strongly preferred.
  • Thrives in high-growth, high-output environments, with demonstrated success hitting aggressive monthly hiring quotas and managing a continuous, high-capacity requisition load.
  • Mastery over pipeline velocity and conversion-able to juggle 15-20+ active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strict response time SLAs and a white-glove candidate experience.
  • Data-driven partner to hiring managers, capable of setting clear interview SLAs, leading calibration sessions, and using pipeline metrics to guide executive decision-making.
  • Agile and operationally minded, eager to optimize recruitment processes, jump into batch/event hiring, and support broader People Operations initiatives as the team scales.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Rippling or UKG)
  • Previous Startup experience a plus

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Ability to shape talent acquisition practices from the ground up
  • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic workforce planning
  • A collaborative, nimble team that values ideas, data, and action

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) match
  • 11 observed company holidays a year
  • PTO based on an accrual system
  • Engaging startup environment with an outstanding mission-driven team atmosphere
  • Downtown Chicago office with an on-site gym
  • Noto provides 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for the primary caregiver, and 6 weeks of fully paid leave for the secondary caregiver, for qualifying full-time employees.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual pay will be based on the individual's qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for annual performance-based incentives tied to individual achievement and company-wide goals.
