The Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sales & Campus Recruiting is a dynamic and adaptable recruiter responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both early-career and experienced sales hiring initiatives. This hybrid role supports the organization's talent acquisition strategy by leading campus recruiting efforts during key university recruiting seasons while also driving full-cycle recruitment for experienced sales professionals throughout the year.

During campus recruiting cycles, this position develops and executes university recruiting strategies, manages internship and new graduate hiring programs, builds relationships with faculty, career services teams, and student organizations, and serves as a brand ambassador on campus. Outside of campus recruiting seasons, the role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire experienced sales talent, leveraging sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and market insights to meet business hiring objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, possesses strong relationship-building and communication skills, and can successfully balance multiple recruiting priorities. This position requires a consultative approach, a strong service mindset, and the flexibility to travel during peak campus recruiting periods while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences across both divisions.

This position has a salary of $90,000 per annum. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for both early-career and experienced sales talent, managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring processes.
  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned universities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and internship/new graduate hiring programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university partners, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and career services teams to strengthen employer brand and talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality talent.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing the company at campus and recruiting events nationwide.
  • Analyze recruiting results and key performance indicators to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with recruiting peers and cross-functional stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process.


Qualifications

MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree


Experience:

  • 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, sales recruiting, or related experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under direct supervision


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Experience recruiting sales professionals or other high-volume business roles
  • Experience working in a metric-driven recruiting environment
  • Experience managing recruiting events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Global recruitment and requisition management experience


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to effectively use consultative and persuasive communication techniques
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive hiring decisions


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak campus recruiting seasons.
  • Ability to manage extensive travel schedules and attend recruiting events nationwide as business needs require.
