Full Job Description
Position Summary:
The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is a recruiting professional who supports the execution of Globus Medical's talent acquisition strategy through recruiting operations, candidate engagement, sourcing, and selected full-cycle recruiting activities. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop talent acquisition strategies, influence workforce planning decisions and deliver top talent that enables business growth. The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic hiring partner for the Product Development organization, driving end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Full Stack Developers, Software Engineers and other technology professionals. This role requires the ability to understand modern software development practices, assess technical talent, advise hiring managers on talent market trends, and build pipelines of high-caliber technology candidates.

Essential Functions:
  • Performs full-life cycle recruiting for open positions including developing successful recruitment strategies, sources & screens candidates, participates in onsite interviews, solicits feedback, and extends/negotiates offers.
  • Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and the position qualifications and skills required to fill vacancies throughout company.
  • Partners closely with Product Development leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies for technical and engineering talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and full-stack developers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of technical skill sets, technology stacks, software development methodologies, and organizational technology roadmaps to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Leverages and maintains data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Develops and sources a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, search agencies, etc.
  • Partners with external recruiting agencies, as approved.
  • Learns all levels of the organization and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting technology and software engineering organizations.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers and DevOps Engineers.
  • Ability to engage technical leaders and discuss engineering talent needs with credibility and confidence.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted outreach strategies.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Prior Workday experience is a plus.
  • Proven success meeting hiring deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
