Responsibilities- Manage recruiting efforts from initial intake through accepted offer for openings spanning corporate, technology, specialized, and management functions.
- Serve as a consultative resource to business leaders, helping translate staffing needs into practical search plans and hiring approaches.
- Identify prospective talent through direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, online tools, and creative outreach strategies.
- Build pipelines for specialized skill sets where talent is limited or competition for candidates is high.
- Advise internal leaders on current talent conditions, including supply, competitive pressures, and challenges affecting searches.
- Establish strong partnerships across the business and develop external networks that expand access to prospective talent.
- Create a positive and highly responsive experience for individuals throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting systems and files contain complete, timely, and reliable information.
- Use hiring data and performance indicators to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve talent practices.
- Assist with offer development by gathering and organizing relevant pay information and other required details.
- Oversee administrative updates associated with organizational headcount and approved roles.
- Coordinate the internal lifecycle of temporary and contract personnel from initial engagement through completion of assignment.
- Create and revise role profiles to ensure responsibilities and expectations are clearly documented across the organization.
- Help organize and maintain pay-related information used for talent and broader HR activities.
- Work cross-functionally within HR to ensure smooth transitions when individuals join the organization or experience workforce changes.
- Step into select people-partner activities when additional coverage is needed, involving senior HR resources when matters require greater policy or employee-relations expertise.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to improve talent practices, HR workflows, data quality, and overall team efficiency.
- Assist with additional people-related initiatives based on organizational priorities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and relevant professional background.
- 6+ years of experience across recruiting, talent programs, HR administration, or closely related areas.
- Proven ability to independently run searches across varied functions and levels of seniority.
- Exposure to organizational headcount administration, temporary workforce coordination, role documentation, or similar HR responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable balancing several searches and HR initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Background withinfinancial services is a strong plus.
- Experience using talent data to evaluate performance and improve processes is a plus.
Compensation: $110,000 to $115,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
