About the Team and the Business We Support

Our Corporate Services+ Talent Acquisition Team is comprised of recruiting professionals who serve as strategic business partners across a diverse portfolio of enterprise functions.

Unlike recruiters dedicated to a single function, this role supports a broad range of Corporate Services organizations and talent needs based on business priorities and workforce demand.

Areas of support may include: Information Technology (IT), Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Communications, Security, Government Affairs, Public Policy, Legal Services and other Corporate Services functions as needed.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys learning new businesses, building market expertise across multiple disciplines, and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and HR partners across multiple Corporate Services organizations.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including intake consultations, sourcing strategy development, candidate identification, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Recruit for a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, and leadership-level roles across corporate functions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines that support current and future workforce needs.
  • Utilize Workday, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, organizational needs, and critical skill requirements.
  • Provide labor market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive hiring trends to influence recruiting strategies and hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience through effective communication and proactive relationship management.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, talent acquisition projects, and enterprise recruiting programs.
  • Quickly adapt to changing business priorities and effectively support recruitment across multiple functional areas.

Required Skills

  • Candidate Sourcing; Knowledge of sourcing techniques, talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement strategies. Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of professional and leadership positions. Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels to develop strong talent pipelines.

  • Candidate Screening: Knowledge of candidate screening methodologies and assessment techniques. Ability to evaluate candidates against position requirements and organizational success factors.
  • Staffing and Recruiting: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and talent acquisition best practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining service excellence.

Preferred Skills

  • Corporate Functional Recruiting: Experience recruiting across multiple business disciplines, including Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Strategy, Communications, Legal, or related corporate functions. Demonstrated success supporting a broad recruiting portfolio rather than a single specialized area.
  • Customer and Market Focus: Ability to understand changing business priorities and shifting talent market conditions. Experience advising leaders on talent availability, market trends, and external hiring challenges.
  • Recruiting Analytics: Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, labor market data, and talent intelligence tools to influence hiring decisions. Knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, or similar market intelligence platforms.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems. Experience creating reports and leveraging recruiting data to improve outcomes.

Additional Experience That Will Set You Apart

  • Experience recruiting for both professional individual contributor and leadership-level roles.
