Job Summary

1 position must be based in Charlotte NC and 1 in Las Vegas NV to support business needs.

Ready to lead the transformation of talent acquisition at Spectrum? Take charge of recruitment and employment programs, guide a high-performing team focused on non-frontline (leadership/exempt) roles and collaborate with Sr leadership to address evolving workforce needs. If you thrive on developing strategies and optimizing hiring processes, your expertise will directly influence the quality and effectiveness of our organization's talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
  • Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
  • Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
  • Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes
  • Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
  • Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements
