Summary: Executes recruiting and sourcing strategies while identifying best practices to support the talent needs of the organization. Develops ideal recruiting techniques to build talent pipeline. Manages team of Talent Acquisition professions ensuring optimal performance to meet performance metrics. Participates in the conceptualization and implementation of processes and tools. Makes recommendations on recruiting strategies which could enhance processes and quality of hires.
Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $85,000-100,000/annually.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related discipline required; Three years related experience in recruiting preferred. Working knowledge of recruiting practices, as well as laws impacting recruitment and selection. Experience working with applicant tracking systems, social media recruitment, and job boards. Experience within managing others.
