Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a strategic talent advisor to leaders across RaceTrac's corporate and professional client groups — spanning functions such as Finance, Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Data Science — translating workforce needs and labor-market insights into actionable hiring plans aligned with growth plans and long-term capability requirements.Using data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, improve quality of hire, andoptimizerecruiting processes, this role elevates Talent Acquisition from transactional recruiting to a proactive, business-driven partnership.As part of the Store Support Center Talent Acquisition Organization, it partners closely with Talent Sourcing, and the Operations & Onboarding team to localize enterprise recruiting initiatives and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Talent Advisory & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with functional and business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to business demand and workforce plans.

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor on hiring needs, challenges, and priorities across assigned client groups.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned client groups covering hiring volume, cycle time, pipeline health, and market trends.

  • Influence hiring decisions and support workforce-planning initiatives that align hiring to long-term capability requirements.

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Experience

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles, including complex and specialized searches.

  • Partner with the Sourcing team to convert qualified pipelines into hires, and with Coordinators to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

  • Drive process improvements that increase speed, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.

Data, Insights & Tools

  • Analyze hiring trends, recruiting data, and labor-market conditions to improve quality of hire and guide decisions.

  • Interpret recruiting scorecards and staffing data, including time to fill and time to hire, toidentifythemes and recommended actions.

  • Maintain real-time data accuracy across the ATS and CRM, including candidate dispositions, stage progression, and offer documentation.

  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and consistent adoption of recruiting tools and processes, including Workday.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, ora relatedfield (preferred).

  • 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative talent advisor and partner with business and functional leaders.

  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or specialized roles.

  • Experience analyzing recruiting, staffing, or workforce-planning data and translating insights into action plans.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies; Workday experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and drive recruiting process improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting multiple corporate or professional client groups simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) or enterprise workforce-planning function.

  • Experience recruiting technical, energy, engineering, orexecutive-levelroles.

  • Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
