As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that optimize system functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.
- Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative approaches to prevent future incidents and improve operational efficiency.
- This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
- This role requires working on-site at the client's office three days per week
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 6+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau
- Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in BI Architecture Design
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence, Structured Query Language, PL SQL Programming Language , and Amazon Redshift
- Bachelor's Degree
