Job SummaryThe Associate Account Manager supports the functions and tasks of a team within the agency while learning and building experience.
Job Responsibilities - Listen, learn and develop a point of view on the work
- Approach everything with energy and enthusiasm
- Learn how we work and prove what it takes to manage projects from start to finish
- Be the keeper of competitive intelligence and broader knowledge and inspiration
- Own the budget, billing and status reports and present these documents to clients when needed
- Ensure every meeting is prepped and executed flawlessly, anticipating internal and client needs
- Distribute thorough and actionable meeting notes immediately after a meeting
- Read the ad trades and have a point of view on the industry and client industry
- Keep a blog of the competition and news, share it regularly and be seen as the go-to person for that information
- Partner with Project Management and know the status of everything that is happening while tracking and flagging key milestones
- Manage legal reviews, network clearance and traffic
- Track, house and manage all assets on the account
Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management in an advertising agency environment
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced knowledge of key business tools: Google Slides, Microsoft software
- Familiarity with accounting/math principles
- Exceptional written- and verbal-communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive nature and eager to learn from any situation and help in any way possible
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- Entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
