Key Responsibilities:- As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Note: Role requires client mandated time away 5 days per quarter and 60% onsite client work (3 days per week)Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language
- Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NoSQL Database
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, MongoDB, and React.js
- Bachelor's degree
