  • Produce and deliver weekly operational reports summarizing engagement kit status, health, and performance metrics
  • Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for cloud infrastructure issues
  • Manage resource allocation, scaling operations to match engagement requirements
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols including TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption and hardened cloud configurations
  • Oversee software license management and coordinate hardware shipments when required
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for cloud operations
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders

Full Job Description
ARSIEM is looking for a Cloud Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end management of Bespin cloud engagement kits, ensuring rapid deployment, maintenance, and retirement of cloud-based infrastructure supporting critical incident response and threat hunting operations. This position requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in high-stakes operational environments. Serving as the operational lead, you will be the primary point of contact for government stakeholders while coordinating cloud infrastructure operations and technical capability delivery throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 10+ years of directly relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management
  • 3+ years of management or team leadership experience
  • Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response operations
  • Experience managing 24/7 operational environments
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to brief senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal government programs
  • Background in cybersecurity operations or threat hunting
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud certification
  • PMP


Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
