Full Job Description
ARSIEM is looking for an Engagement Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical and logistical coordination for Bespin cloud engagement operations. This role serves as a critical liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, resource coordination, and mission support throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads
  • Manage tracking and status reporting for all active engagement kits
  • Coordinate software license procurement and management
  • Facilitate hardware shipments and supplemental field device logistics
  • Serve as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers
  • Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership
  • Maintain engagement documentation and configuration records
  • Coordinate scheduling for kit provisioning and decommissioning activities
  • Track and report on engagement timelines and service level agreements
  • Support real-time coordination during active operations
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff
  • Manage resource allocation requests and priority adjustments
  • Coordinate data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures
  • Maintain inventory of available resources and capacity planning information


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with federal government stakeholders
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Customer service orientation with technical aptitude
  • Experience with reporting and metrics tracking


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or incident response operations
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and terminology
  • Background in IT service management or operations
  • Experience with ticketing and workflow management systems
  • Knowledge of federal procurement and logistics processes
  • Experience in 24/7 operational support environments
  • Project management or ITIL certification


Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
