Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: Seeking a skilled Systems Engineer specializing in Facets Security Administration to support and manage security operations within the Facets platform. This role is responsible for ensuring secure access, maintaining compliance, and supporting business continuity across claims, enrollment and billing modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Facets security architecture, user access controls, and healthcare payer systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Administer and maintain Facets security framework, including user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Design and implement role-based access controls aligned with business and compliance requirements
- Automate and optimize security administration processes and reporting
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including evidence gathering and remediation
- Ensure integration security across connected systems, support Facets upgrades, migrations, and releases with a focus on security integrity.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred:- ITIL Foundations v3 within 180 Days.
Experience: 3 years software, hardware and/or systems engineering related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)- 3 Years of experience in Facets platform administration, with strong focus in security.
- Hands-on experience with Facets Security Admin module (users, roles, groups, privileges).
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools and concepts.
- Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
Salary Range: $79,704 - $158,301

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The associate is primarily seated while performing the duties of the position. Occasional walking or standing is required.
