The Opportunity:As the Systems Developer you will be a member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions by formulating programs, developing and maintaining codes and documenting processes for consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of moderately complex and diverse team initiatives with the support of your team members.
How you will create impact:- Translating requirements into a cohesive working plan in accordance with guidelines and standards.
- Writing code to implement functionalities and features of small to medium complexity.
- Creating an implementation and back-out plan for a single system.
- Performing unit testing for developed code, supporting system and user acceptance testing, and resolving defects by troubleshooting root causes.
- Fostering productive relationships with Information Technology (IT) business partners and communicating analysis and results accordingly.
To join our team:- You have five years of experience in Salesforce development working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud would be an asset
- Experience with OmniStudio, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
- Have obtained Salesforce certifications
- You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Having advanced experience designing, developing, configuring and/or administration of solutions using the Salesforce platform with integrations is an asset.
- You have advanced experience with integrations, design patterns, developing code and guiding the SDLC of applications from inception through to post-deployment support for highly scalable complex development projects.
- You have knowledge of Agile practices, Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).

Expected salary/hourly range $60,564 - $100,956
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
