Overall assessment:This is an extremely niche Texas public-sector PeopleSoft Payroll role. The closest fit would be a long-term CAPPS Payroll Functional Lead, Senior PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant, or former Texas Comptroller CAPPS analyst with statewide payroll support experience.
