In this role you will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, andmaintenance of systems hardware/software and related infrastructure. You will also be conducting technicalresearch and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and follows a hybrid work schedule.
What You'll Do- Occasional travel to data center, needs to be located in greater Phoenix area
- Daily system administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft server,enterprise storage, VM infrastructures, and Office 365
- Perform root-cause analysis on recurring problems. Responsible for escalating, as necessary, to internal and/orexternal support resources while retaining ownership for driving to final resolution
- Research, analysis, selection and procurement of solutions, equipment, and software
- Manage projects related to implementation of new solutions and upgrades of existing solutions
- Adhere to change control procedures when implementing changes to the production environment
- Periodic reporting to support capacity planning, performance measuring/tuning, and compliance
- Maintain, test, and enforce corporate-wide hardware and software standards
- After hours support as needed to sustain systems and service levels
- Resolve escalations from the Service Desk related to systems issues
- Other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years, hands-on systems administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Proven ownership of tasks from start to finish while keeping all stakeholders updated on progress
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills by providing accurate information, andresponding to requests on a timely basis
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and exercise good judgment regarding technical and interpersonal issues evenwhen all facts are not known
- A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and time management skills
- Strong aptitude for documenting solutions, procedures, and processes
- Strong interpersonal communication skill to work effectively with others to coordinate activities and arrive at mutualdecisions

Work Environment- Work is performed in office, out in the field and construction sites
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
