System Administrator will collaborate and support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities. Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-to-end
solutions to solve complex IT infrastructure problems.
What You Will Do- Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows environment supporting SIPR and other information systems.
- Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of basic to moderate scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems.
- Manage virtualized environments.
- Utilize your experience with Windows Server internals to include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
- Utilize your experience with hardware RAID, hardware and software encryption and server management tools.
- Utilize your experience in data backup and restore, using industry best practice.
- Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
- Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
- Obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.
- Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
- Travel required as business needs dictate to other U.S. Domestic locations, up to 10% per year.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with Windows or Linux OSs
- Experience with system hardening for security compliance
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer- Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification).
- Experience with Trellix Host Base Security System (HBSS), ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS) Policy Auditor (PA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Experience Deploying Windows workstations and migrating end-user data.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services administration and support (e.g. user and computer objects administration, Group Policy).
- Experience with network services related to Microsoft Windows environment (e.g. DC, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
