Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support engineering infrastructure for testing, benchmarking, systems integration, and AI-enabled automation. The role focuses on systems and infrastructure engineering, including Linux and Windows environments, cloud compute, virtualization, scripting, CI/CD, and test infrastructure. The engineer will help maintain reliable development and validation environments, improve automation, investigate performance and test regressions, and reduce infrastructure friction for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provision and manage multi-platform cloud compute environments.
• Automate environment configuration and reduce setup overhead.
• Coordinate host access and isolation across team workloads.
• Maintain cloud subscriptions in a compliant and cost-efficient manner.
• Improve development environments and agentic engineering workflows.
• Own and extend benchmarking infrastructure for VM lifecycle measurements.
• Track metrics including boot latency, snapshot and restore performance, teardown, memory footprint, and throughput.
• Design experiments for single-instance and concurrent-burst scenarios.
• Identify performance regressions and validation improvements across system baselines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across project repositories.
• Automate build, test, and validation workflows on every commit.
• Manage binary delivery channels for kernel, VM, and agent artifacts.
• Improve developer iteration loops and reduce feedback cycle time.
• Provision and troubleshoot Linux and Windows compute environments.
• Investigate performance and test regressions and resolve infrastructure issues.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience with Linux systems administration and OS-level troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD, test infrastructure, and engineering automation.
• 3+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering, including virtualization, cloud compute environments, and scripting.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and experience working close to systems software.
• Experience with cloud compute environments, virtualization, and hypervisors.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex development and test environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience level consistent with a Systems Engineer 5 role.
• Strong open-source and GitHub track record demonstrating technical work.
