The Ring and Blink CS Technology Enablement team is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the AI-driven platforms powering next-generation customer service technologies. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence -implementing and operating the systems that enable large language models, intelligent automation, and AI agents to deliver seamless customer experiences at scale.
The ideal candidate is deeply technical, with hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services into production infrastructure. They can support resilient systems that serve as the foundation for AI-powered workflows - from orchestration layers to real-time decision engines. They anticipate failure modes in complex AI systems and build observability and guardrails that keep services reliable.
This role will implement, support, and monitor scalable, secure, and cost-optimized technology stacks that combine cloud-native services with AI capabilities including generative AI, natural language understanding, and intelligent routing. You'll drive automation that reduces operational toil and continuously improve the reliability of AI-integrated customer support systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment in prioritization, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, security, privacy, legal, and operations teams to ship AI-powered experiences responsibly and at pace.
