WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are seeking a Systems Administrator Engineer to support a large-scale Active Directory remediation and transformation initiative. This role combines identity engineering, cloud transformation, and Microsoft 365 administration, requiring a strong technical background in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, supporting complex migration projects, and helping organizations modernize their identity infrastructure while maintaining security and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Active Directory remediation, recovery, and transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement hybrid identity solutions using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Execute user, group, and resource migrations across domains and forests.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Implement identity security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create technical documentation, migration plans, and validation reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Active Directory administration, troubleshooting, and recovery.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures.
- Experience leading domain migrations, identity migrations, and Exchange Online migrations.
- Solid Microsoft 365 administration experience across core workloads.
- Knowledge of identity security best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and complex project environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
