Qualifications

• Experience as a QA Tester, QA Analyst, or Software Test Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Ability to identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
• Experience performing regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and document test results to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to understand application functionality and testing requirements.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Participate in test planning, test case creation, and peer reviews.
• Support functional, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates on testing progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
