Summary:

Osaic is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the SVP, Product and Platform Solutions. This role is a senior executive responsible for defining, developing, curating, and overseeing the firm's end-to-end wealth management product and service platform. This role ensures the firm delivers a differentiated, scalable, and compliant suite of investment products, advisory solutions, and client services that meet the evolving needs of multiple client segments. This executive will also champion a culture of continuous innovation, embedding structured advisor feedback loops and data-driven insights into the product lifecycle to ensure the platform evolves in real time with advisor and client needs.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate+ Significant Practical Experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Innovation
  • Set and execute the firm's enterprise-wide product and services strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.
  • Oversee the design, due diligences, launch, and lifecycle management of curated investment products and services offerings including but not limited to:
    • Proprietary TAMP with full range of discretionary and non-discretionary managed advisory solutions.
    • Alternative investments
    • Brokerage products
    • Protection products and services including insurance, trust and estate planning services banking and lending solutions
    • Firm pricing strategy and change management across all services delivered.
  • Responsible for Osaic's Strategic Partner Program. Including product shelf curation, relationship management, and revenue optimization.
  • Drive Rey vendor relationships include Pershing, NFS, Envestnet, Product Sponsors, and Asset Managers.
  • Monitor market trends, client preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform product development and enhancement.
  • Develop holistic financial product solutions that help solve client needs including life stages, levels of wealth, risk spectrum, and life events.
  • Drive a forward-looking innovation agenda that continuously evaluates the competitiveness of the firm's product mix, ensuring appropriate balance across advisory, brokerage, and solutions-based offerings while positioning advisory capabilities as a strategic growth engine without overconcentration risk.
  • Establish structured, ongoing advisor and client feedback mechanisms to directly inform product design, prioritization, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Lead the integration of Al-enabled tools and advanced analytics across the product and service ecosystem, including portfolio construction, practice management insights, client engagement tools, and operational automation, to enhance advisor productivity, improve client outcomes, and maintain competitive parity amid accelerating industry innovation.


Governance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all products and services comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and fiduciary standards.
  • Chair or participate in product governance committees, overseeing approvals, reviews, and product rationalization decisions.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain robust controls and documentation.
  • Oversee disciplined product rationalization and lifecycle governance to ensure platform simplicity, economic alignment, and clear value propositions across advisory and non-advisory offerings.


Advisor & Client Enablement
  • Support advisor effectiveness through clear product positioning, training, and ongoing support.
  • Drive distribution and coordinate with all relationship management teams to align offerings with client segments and service models.
  • Promote a client-centric approach to product design and service delivery.
  • Develop strategies to accelerate advisory solution adoption across the network, including pricing alignment, training, incentives, segmentation strategies, and technology enablement, while respecting the diverse business models of affiliated advisors.
  • Partner with Technology and Field Leadership to ensure Al-driven tools and digital capabilities are embedded seamlessly into advisor workflows, enhancing adoption and measurable productivity gains.


Operational Excellence
  • Oversee service models, operating frameworks, and third-party relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Optimize product structures, pricing, and operating efficiency while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client and advisor experience.
  • Leverage data, platform analytics, and automation to create scalable, repeatable processes that improve margin, transparency, and advisor experience.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and measurable value creation, ensuring clear KPls tied to advisory adoption, product utilization, platform engagement, and economic contribution.


Requirements:

Wealth Management Industry Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience within wealth or asset management, preferably in independent broker-dealer and/or RIA environments. Deep understanding of advisor-led models, investment platforms, and the needs of Mass Affluent, HNW, and UHNW segments.

Enterprise Product Strategy: Proven experience defining and executing an enterprise-wide wealth management product strategy across advisory, TAMP, alternatives, brokerage, banking/lending, and protection solutions. Demonstrated ability to drive scale, differentiation, and profitability. Experience calibrating product mix and advisory penetration to optimize enterprise economics while maintaining advisor choice and flexibility.

Regulatory & Product Governance Experience: Extensive experience overseeing complex investment and advisory products within a regulated environment. Demonstrated leadership in product governance, fiduciary oversight, and partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Risk.

Advisor Platform Leadership & Execution: Track record building high-performing product teams and driving platform adoption within advisor organizations. Demonstrated ability to optimize service models, pricing, and cross-functional execution to enhance advisor productivity and enterprise growth.

  • Demonstrated success increasing advisory adoption and embedding technology-enabled tools, including Al-driven capabilities into advisor workflows at scale
  • Prior senior level business experience for large, complex organizations relative to clients, agents, independent entities
  • Experience in a general management capacity working well within a shared resource environment
  • Proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams across a variety of areas of functional expertise
