Summary:
The SVP, Head of Technology, Business Development is a senior executive responsible for leading the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company's technology sales organization. This role oversees national sales operations, drives enterprise client acquisition and expansion, and partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver innovative technology solutions tailored to the financial services and mortgage industries. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technology sales, executive leadership, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the national technology sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across financial services and mortgage verticals.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including regional leaders and enterprise account executives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and innovation.
- Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity across the sales organization.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor's Degree from a four (4) year college or university required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology sales, including 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role within the financial services or mortgage industry.
