We're looking for a SVP, Global Head of GTM and Enablement to join our team in New York and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
The RoleAs SVP, Global Head of GTM and Enablement, you will own Seedtag's global go-to-market operating system end to end. You are the connective tissue between Product, Commercial, and the regions - the leader who translates platform capability into sales narratives, packages, and insights that win in market, and who builds the enablement engine that lets every commercial team execute at the highest level.
This is a general-manager role, not a sales-support role. You will lead global commercial strategy across three regions, own the GTM plans for new products and business lines (CTV, curation, commerce, and beyond), inform pricing and set packaging, negotiate directly with our strategic measurement partners, and stand up the training, tools, and playbooks that scale the commercial organization. You will be goaled on the health and scaling of the go-to-market function - margin, deal quality, and commercial readiness - not on a personal sales quota.
You will partner daily with Product and Product Marketing to inform and shape our roadmap and positioning, with regional commercial leaders to keep global strategy coherent, and with Measurement, Planning, Sales Enablement and Client Success to turn insight into revenue. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Your ChallengeAs SVP, Global Head of GTM and Enablement, you will:
Global GTM Strategy & Product Commercialization- Own the global go-to-market operating system: a single GTM calendar, launch tiering, and agree on a formal RASCI across Product, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Enablement.
- Build the end-to-end GTM plan for every new product, feature, and business line - positioning, packaging, pricing, sales narrative, and launch sequencing - and sign off on commercial readiness before each launch ships.
- Serve as the standing commercial translator between Product and the field: turn platform capability into value propositions, decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides, and represent the commercial voice in product forums and steercos.
- Stand up and scale new commercial motions and business lines (e.g., CTV, curation, commerce media, mid-market/DSP monetization), including pipeline, packaging, and go-to-market design.
- React quickly to market feedback - competitive moves, agency demand, pricing pressure - and feed structured signal back into the product roadmap.
Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Monetization- Own commercial strategy globally with regional coherence: run the cross-regional forum that keeps NA, LATAM, and EMEA aligned on narrative, packages, and incentives.
- Set and enforce product rate-cards and pricing models, and margin standards across managed service, programmatic, PMP, and CTV; own margin as a number and lead the optimization discipline behind it.
- Design commercial packages with measurable success criteria tied to deal size, win rate, and profitability.
- Bring deep, hands-on fluency in exchange economics - bidstream signals, win rates, floors, rebates, and post-auction mechanics - to every pricing and supply decision.
Sales Enablement & Training- Define and execute a world-class global enablement strategy aligned to company growth objectives and GTM priorities.
- Build a competency framework and capability roadmap for commercial teams (consultative selling, digital storytelling, programmatic and platform expertise) and deploy scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous-training programs across regions.
- Own the enablement content library - playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, narratives - and the enablement platform/LMS and tooling that deliver it, ensuring consistency across regions and business units.
- Establish success metrics and dashboards that measure enablement impact on pipeline, conversion, deal size, and productivity.
Partner, Supply & Vendor Leadership- Own the commercial relationship and negotiation with measurement, enablement, data and other third party vendors; lead terms, rebates, and multi-year commitments personally.
- Evaluate and structure supply and measurement partnerships, including make-vs-buy decisions, integration terms, and signal/revenue trade-offs.
- Maintain a disciplined vendor and contract register so partner deal states and commercial history live in writing, not in one person's inbox.
Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership- Lead and develop the global commercial-strategy, planning, and enablement leadership layer; set structure, expectations, and 30/60/90-day success metrics.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging and storytelling for platform and ad solutions, and with Measurement and Research to translate insight into client-facing value.
- Give the CRO and executive team early, structured visibility - a standing business-update pre-read on priorities, decisions needed, and risk - especially on partner and pricing exposure.
- Run a written-update, decision-log operating culture so the function scales beyond any single person.
What You'll Need to Succeed- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, go-to-market, or revenue strategy within Digital Media, Advertising Technology, or SaaS.
- Deep platform experience and extensive technical knowledge of how ad exchanges operate; programmatic, supply/SSP economics, bidstream signals, floors, rebates, and post-auction mechanics.
- Strong commercial sense: proven ownership of pricing, packaging, margin, and monetization decisions that move revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communicator who can create strong narratives, translate complex technology into value propositions, and package solutions that win.
- Ability to react to market feedback - competitive, agency, and pricing signals - and act decisively on it.
- A track record of liaising with Product to shape roadmap, positioning, and commercial readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that improve commercial KPIs, and to lead across regions and functions.
- Bachelor's degree.
