Job Title: SUPV II PRODUCTION Posting Start Date: 8/31/26 Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead a team responsible for high-precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards while meeting production goals. This role is responsible for the oversight of assigned shift safety, uptime, quality, waste, rate, and cost performance of the team. Job Requirements Responsibilities • Assist in the establishment and leadership of plant safety objectives. • Maintain required internal certifications. • Lead, counsel, train and develop team members as appropriate. Proactively confront and manage non-compliance with organizational policies and values. • Conduct periodic performance reviews for team members. • Actively participate and make recommendations for team member employment decisions including hiring, promotions and terminations. • Track and manage attendance data for team members. • Responsible for individual and team compliance with applicable laws and company policies. • Partner with other leaders in the organization to create and sustain an environment of transparency, trust, and equitable treatment for all team members. • Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, quality, high performance and process excellence. • Establish team and individual accountabilities for problem solving and cost reduction. • Perform 5S, safety, process, and quality audits. • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of asset quality, productivity and other required metrics. • Resolve conflicts among team members and refer issues to higher authority when needed. • Positively communicate changes in business situations, production schedules, and company policies. • Monitor product quality and respond appropriately to inline quality issues. • Prepare or participate in safety and incident investigation and reporting when appropriate. • Actively participate in root cause analysis sessions, Kaizen events and other improvement strategies. • Assist operators and coordinate trouble-shooting activities. • Serve as a resource to Plant Leadership in continuous improvement activities and resolving customer complaints. • Train others as needed. • Required to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team with training required in the following: Emergency Response First Aid/CPR/BBP Fire Extinguisher • Other duties as assigned. Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $99,000 - $124,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
