Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join us at our Princeton office, ensuring inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products meets market demands. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to understand product demand and execute supply planning activities to ensure continuous product availability in the market.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
- Oversee the movement of goods from production to delivery to the end customer.
- Track key performance indicators to monitor and report performance.
- Optimize the inventory holdings to limit excess Stocks while ensuring fulfilling timely customer orders
- You will be responsible for collaborating with project management/marketing and procurement teams to facilitate the timely launch of new products or new SKUs.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with External Manufacturing team and quality teams on a daily basis to facilitate batch releases.
- You will be responsible for performing monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring proper communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all master data setups adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition.
QualificationsEducational qualification: Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field
Minimum work experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background
Skills & attributes:- Preferred ERP Experience - SAP-S4 Hana, Kinaxis.
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
