As our new Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be overseeing a planning team while coordinating procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. What you will be doing:

As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by driving supply chain excellence by leading a high-performing planning team, reducing bottlenecks, and continuously improving KPIs that directly support our manufacturing operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead, train, and develop planning team members in daily operations, conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as needed
  • Monitor and report team KPIs, driving continuous improvements to achieve or exceed inventory, delivery, and backlog targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Supply Chain COE to optimize inventory levels, increase turns, and advance process automation and digitalization
  • Handle planning exceptions related to purchasing and production, proactively communicating delivery impacts to relevant parties across the chain
  • Maintain supply chain master data quality and distribute monthly supplier scorecards, partnering with Vendors, Purchasing, and Quality to improve supplier performance
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS regulations, participating in hazard identification, incident investigations, and risk assessments


What makes you a great fit:

Above all, you are a detail-oriented and results-driven supply chain leader with strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP experience, and a proven ability to coach teams and drive operational improvements in a manufacturing setting. We would also imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning roles
  • A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules


It is a plus if you also:

  • Have a Lean certification (Green Belt) or equivalent
  • A APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
  • Prior experience driving process improvement through automation and digitalization


The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $122,570 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate's profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
