Job Description:Job SummaryThis position will perform analysis to identify and develop business improvement opportunities with increasing scope and complexity to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity. The location for this position will be at our Mossville, IL facility.
What You Will Do:- Identifying, defining, leading implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities.
- Establishing and strengthening effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
- Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.

- Tracks deviations from and modifications to existing SOPs in business operations.

Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Level Working Knowledge:
- Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions.
- Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain.
- Summarizes supply chain considerations for different types of products or components.
- Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
- Works with a specific part of supply chain management process.

Summary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
