Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven experience managing complex supply chains and vendor compliance.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing including RFPs and Supplier Selection.
• Proficient with supply chain management software, particularly Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing to delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Analyze and optimize logistical operations to reduce costs.
• Evaluate and manage key supplier relationships to ensure quality standards.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization workflows for networking and compute equipment.
• Oversee inventory management and implement solutions to address shortages.
