Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, and logistics costs.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare reports and present supply chain performance to senior management.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree (MBA or related field).
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Six Sigma.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or e-commerce industries.
