Supply Chain Management Analyst
Position Responsibilities:- Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
- Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
- Analyzes complex material requirements
- Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan
- Determines part number attributes
- Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
- Ensures on-time delivery
- Documents and resolves order delinquencies
- Reports schedule adherence issues
- Develops and controls inventory plans
- Optimizes inventory levels
- Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories
- Initiates audits
- Develops and creates schedules for products and services
- Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals
- Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
- Works under general direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
- 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management
- 3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team's success
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):- 3+ years of experience with the ERPLN application
- 3+ years of experience with REDARS
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support
