Manufacturing Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- 3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
- 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- 1+ years of experience with process development and documentation
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and forge connections when under pressure
Shift:This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
