Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a crucial part in the end-to-end order process for OCI data center hardware. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while optimizing inventory and mitigating supply chain risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automation, and enhanced KPI visibility, ultimately contributing to improved forecasting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end order execution from purchase to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of data center hardware.
- Proactively identify and address supply chain and operational risks to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage hardware-related issues across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
- Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Delivery teams to establish efficient operating mechanisms.
- Automate and streamline supply chain processes to enhance forecasting, allocation, and overall visibility.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and KPIs, tracking cycle time, redeployment, reuse, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Monitor and provide feedback on supplier performance, ensuring adherence to Oracle's standards and expectations.
- Drive supply chain initiatives and operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Oracle and external supplier organizations.
