Responsibilities The Radiology Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Radiology Department at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health. Under the direction of Radiology leadership, the Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily imaging operations, supervising staff, maintaining appropriate staffing and workflow, and ensuring the delivery of safe, timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
The Supervisor serves as an on-site leadership resource for Radiologic Technologists and imaging staff and works collaboratively with Radiologists, physicians, nursing, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, and other clinical departments to support efficient patient care throughout the hospital.
This position assists with staff development, performance management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, patient throughput, equipment readiness, and the implementation of departmental policies and procedures. The Supervisor promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, patient safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
Experience:- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging experience required.
- Previous Lead Technologist, Charge Technologist, Supervisor, or other progressive leadership experience preferred.
- Previous experience within an acute care hospital environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating imaging workflow, staffing, patient throughput, and departmental operations preferred.
- Experience working collaboratively with Emergency Services, inpatient nursing, Surgical Services, and other hospital departments preferred.
License / Certification:- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging experience required.
