  • Quickly identify and highlight execution constraints (e.g., missing kits/unavailable parts, material blockers) and trigger actions with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and rigor for statuses (progress, priorities, exceptions) in tracking tools (ERP systems, dashboards, reports) to maintain reliable operational alignment.

Follow-up and Coordination

  • Participate in team meetings and operational routines (e.g., DMM meetings) and ensure tracking of action items and commitments.
  • Clearly communicate progress, identified issues, and required arbitrations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Represent the team with internal customers and act as a liaison with management for special situations.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformities or deviations impacting execution (e.g., process anomalies, data issues, material discrepancies).

Process Development and Continuous Improvement

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving quality, productivity, and efficiency within production control activities.
  • Propose, document, and deploy process improvements (standardization, reduction of inefficiencies, role clarification, and improved communication practices).
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and standard work methods, and support updates to standards when required.
  • Participate in structured problem-solving activities (root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions) and in the development of relevant performance indicators.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management option, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role within a manufacturing, planning, or production control environment.
