Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned manufacturing area
  • Ensure product/service quality by utilizing resources effectively and adhering to standards

  • Lead efforts to resolve issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction from both internal and external clients
  • Drive continuous improvement using best practices like Lean Six Sigma
  • Maintain and enhance areas impacting team member safety
  • Oversee hiring, career development, and performance assessment of team members
  • Support and reinforce the organization's mission, values, and culture
  • Attend internal or external customer meetings and participate on special project teams
  • Assist in new product introduction activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of an assigned manufacturing area
  • Ensure product/service quality through proper utilization of resources and adherence to applicable standards
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's polices and applicable laws and regulations
  • Lead activities to resolve issues and problems, identifying root cause and effecting appropriate corrective action
  • Monitor and enable internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement through deployment of best practices, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Maintain and continuously improve areas, which impact on Team Member safety
  • Hire, manage career development, and assess performance of assigned team members
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Attend applicable internal or external customer meetings
  • Participate on special project teams
  • Support new product introduction activities


Qualifications
