What You Will Do:- This role supervises the maintenance of asset records from construction and operations, project and resource management, stakeholder involvement and monitoring of work.
- Supports reliability performance goals.
- Schedules, assigns and monitors the work of employees and / or contractors.
- Pre / post inspection of asset records, resolves design problems and material discrepancies, reviews contractor expenses to ensure accurate time and equipment charges.
- Ensures proper work methods are applied and safety precautions are followed.
- Resolves stakeholder complaints.
- Advises and assists in technical training and development of employees.
- Utilization of SAP/Maximo, GIS (ESRI), FileNet, DOT, Sharepoint, and other work management applications.
- Monitors budget goals and employee productivity.
Who You Are:- Related university degree and seven-plus years' experience OR nine-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience. Disciplines of Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, GIS, and Records Management preferred.
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, contract interpretation, interpersonal relations, and written and verbal communication, along with strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
- Abilities include effective teamwork, the ability to motivate and engage employees, sound decision-making, and adaptability in managing shifting and emerging priorities. Proven capability to plan, schedule, and prioritize work, along with the physical ability to perform essential job functions such as walking, climbing, stooping, bending, and prolonged standing.
- Full knowledge of pipeline distribution system; construction work methods is preferred
Working Conditions:- Office based role with a significant amount of time spent in the field.
- Participation in after hours emergency duty supervisor rotation that may require field visits.
- Minimal travel.

Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand sophisticated problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and connect with individuals via telephone.
Salary:- Ranges from $93,000 - $125,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
