JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree and 4 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management OR 8 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management which includes data analysis and report creation.
* Supervisory or leadership experience.
* Organizational and decision- making skills.
* Knowledge of provider recruitment.
* Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules.
* Detail oriented.
* Report creation experience, the ability to interpret, and take action on trend reporting
* Time management skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Project, or SNAG.
* Conflict resolution skills.

Base Pay Range$55,900.00 - $123,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
