Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Oversight
  • Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Canvas subcontractor workforce, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement program management plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes, outputs, risks, and issues to senior leadership and government sponsors

Personnel Management
  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of up to 200 personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team

Resource & Financial Management
  • Oversee all travel, ODC, labor, and programmatic expenditures, ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational policies.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; identify and mitigate risks related to resource allocation and cost control

Contract & Compliance
  • Ensure all program activities adhere to DoD, AFRL, TMAS, and Canvas contract requirements, including reporting, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer's organization, consulting with stakeholders to review task plans and deliverables

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Canvas, Torch Technologies, government sponsors, and other subcontractors.
  • Facilitate recurring program meetings, status reviews, and technical interchange sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting Structure
  • This position reports directly to the Business Unit Director for TMAS Programs, ensuring clear lines of accountability and communication for program status, risks, and resource needs
