Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Oversight
Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Canvas subcontractor workforce, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
Develop and implement program management plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor and report on program outcomes, outputs, risks, and issues to senior leadership and government sponsors
Personnel Management
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of up to 200 personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
Resource & Financial Management
Oversee all travel, ODC, labor, and programmatic expenditures, ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational policies.
Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; identify and mitigate risks related to resource allocation and cost control
Contract & Compliance
Ensure all program activities adhere to DoD, AFRL, TMAS, and Canvas contract requirements, including reporting, deliverables, and quality assurance.
Maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer's organization, consulting with stakeholders to review task plans and deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for Canvas, Torch Technologies, government sponsors, and other subcontractors.
Facilitate recurring program meetings, status reviews, and technical interchange sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Business Unit Director for TMAS Programs, ensuring clear lines of accountability and communication for program status, risks, and resource needs
