Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with federal regulations, procurement policies, contract requirements, and small business program standards.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to resolve performance, operational, and compliance issues.
  • Draft, review, and administer subcontracting plans, subcontract agreements, and vendor contracts, ensuring required contract clauses are appropriately flowed down.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams on subcontracting regulations, contract administration, compliance matters, and corrective action plans.
  • Lead subcontractor sourcing activities, including developing and issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and recommending qualified partners.
  • Prepare responses to government inquiries and support audits, reviews, and reporting related to subcontracting programs and compliance requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate subcontractor data for required government reports, including workforce and subcontracting submissions.
  • Monitor service level performance by reviewing operational reports, calculating SLA metrics, and preparing consolidated reports for government customers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government program representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and key travel industry suppliers to support contract operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of approved small business partners, subcontractors, vendor agreements, compliance documentation, and supporting files.
