This position(s) primary purpose is to evaluate and advise DEA's organizational structures/substructures of Headquarters, domestic fields, and foreign offices.

As a your typical work assignments may include:
- Provides input and analysis regarding workflow trends and proposes recommendations for the improvement of internal work methods and procedures.
- Provides advice involving Table of Organization (TO), reorganization design and planning, human capital issues to management.
- Provides information and consultation to management and recommendations for process improvement to ensure that goals and objectives are met in regard to staffing levels, attrition rates, progress toward executing DEA's hiring plan, and availability of funding.
- Works with senior co-workers and other professionals to identify potential program initiatives or projects that could improve efficiency, effectiveness, or productivity in the workforce.
