About the Job You're Considering

We are looking for a hands-on OCM (Operational Change Management) - Strategy & Transformation Consultant with a strong Business Analyst skill set to join our transformation consulting team. This is a blended role: roughly half your time is organizational change management (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption) and half is business analysis (requirements, process mapping, documentation, and turning workshop output into clear, client-ready artifacts).

A highly organized and proactive OCM Analyst who excels at stakeholder engagement, change communications, training coordination, readiness tracking, and adoption management, with the ability to bridge business users and project teams to ensure successful organizational change and process adoption.

You will be staffed across a range of client engagements over time - spanning industries and program types such as IT transformation, strategic IT planning and portfolio management, operating-model design, process improvement, and enterprise change initiatives. You will work alongside senior consultants and client leadership to help design and roll out new ways of working. The right person is early-to-mid career but already confident running their own workstreams - able to take an ambiguous ask, structure it, and produce polished work with light direction.

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. Design and implement new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. Develop customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

Your Role

  • Support business transformation initiatives through organizational change management, business analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with business, technology, and project stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, tools, operating models, and ways of working.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking to ensure successful change outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, drive alignment, and support organizational readiness.
  • Develop change management deliverables, including communications, training materials, job aids, process documentation, governance materials, and executive presentations.
  • Assess and document current-state and future-state business processes, roles, responsibilities, and operating models.
  • Support training, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and post-implementation adoption activities.
  • Identify and mitigate adoption risks, resistance themes, dependencies, and organizational impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create client-ready deliverables including process maps, RACI matrices, status reports, dashboards, and executive reporting materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders while supporting program governance and project delivery.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, content development, business analysis, process design, and productivity while ensuring quality, accuracy, and responsible use of data.

Additional Key Deliverables
  • Stakeholder Impact Assessments
  • Current-State & Future-State Process Documentation
  • Readiness & Adoption Dashboards/Trackers
  • Communication Plans, Messaging & Leadership Updates
  • Training Materials, Job Aids & Knowledge Transfer Documentation
  • Change Champion & Stakeholder Engagement Materials
  • Executive Presentations, Governance Reports & Project Status Reporting

Your Skills and Experience

  • Industry experience in Hospitality, Travel, Cruise, Reservation Systems, Revenue Management, Customer Operations, or other service-focused industries is a plus.
  • Experience supporting organizational, process, technology, or operating model change initiatives within consulting, PMO, transformation, or business programs.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting current-state and future-state processes, and creating clear, client-ready deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced client environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar collaboration tools preferred.
