As the
Principal Product Manager - Post Purchase Strategy, you will own the comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the suite of products within our Post Purchase portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Post Purchase products deliver exceptional value to customers while driving measurable business outcomes. As the highest-level individual contributor, you will serve as the visionary and strategic architect for this critical product suite.
Key Responsibilities across the pickup experience, including Pickup scheduling, changes, status and communications, pricing visibility, and recovery across web, mobile, chat, and partner experiences: Leading the strategic direction of the portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver innovative digital experiences that enhance the post-purchase journey.
Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum Education5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
Qualifications Considered a Plus- Experience in managing products within the Post Purchase space, including returns, tracking, or customer notifications.
- Technical acumen, with the ability to engage meaningfully in discussions on system architecture and integration points.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital supply chain solutions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Jira, Airtable, Figma, Mural, Slack, Google Gemini, and Qualtrics.
- A passion for creating world-class customer experiences and staying ahead of industry trends.
